Had an epic stay in the King Suite! The bed was massive and the plush pillows were a dream come true. The freestanding bathtub was a cozy retreat after a long day of wine tasting. Plus, the stunning entrance hall is the perfect first impression that makes you feel you're in for a treat!
But mate, the owner really dropped the ball here. We faced no running water, no wifi, and, surprise surprise, no backup for load shedding while paying full whack. One night it got ridiculous when we got locked out because the remote was broken, leading to a chaotic climb over a wall just to get back in after dinner. You'd expect a bit more care, yeah?

The King Suite had an epic, massive bed and a freestanding bathtub that was perfect for unwinding after a day of tasting fine wines. The entrance hall had a striking design that set a great tone upon arriving. you knew you were in for something special.
Unfortunately, the experience was marred by notable issues. There was frequent load shedding without any backup power, meaning we faced periods without running water or Wi-Fi. On one occasion, a broken remote left us locked out at night, which resulted in a rather adventurous climb over a stone wall to regain entry. breakfast options were limited, and the service felt rushed when the staff called to check when we were arriving. There were moments where it just felt eerily empty, like we were left to fend for ourselves, and the room had some cleanliness issues with dust in the corners.

The stay featured a lovely bed that provided excellent comfort and a spacious bathroom. check-in was awkward with no one available to assist, and we had to retrieve our own key. the room was not impeccably clean, with some dust and spider webs present in the corners.

Stunning views with a few hiccups
The views from the room and patio were simply breathtaking, providing a lovely backdrop to our stay. The spacious King Suite was tastefully decorated and made for a comfortable experience. we found it challenging to find the location initially and wished there had been clearer signage from the main road to guide us.
